The Murray to Mountains Rail Trail and new Rutherglen Loops network offers easy off-road riding perfect for exploring the region's famous wineries, local produce, nature and historic sites.

Ride, rove and relish with the Rutherglen Loops four unique trails. From quick 4km circuits to a 23km full day ride, the Loops are a year-round good time taking you past 12 cellar doors, Lake Moodemere, the mighty Murray River, iconic Wine Bottle and more.

Gravel Goodness 

On top of world-class wines, Rutherglen offers smooth gravel cycling winding through farmland and native bush.

The picturesque, point-to-point Rutherglen to Chiltern ride weaves through open farmland, historic sites and the Chiltern-Mt Pilot National Park on a mix of trail surfaces, including bush tracks, double trails, farm trails and unpaved town streets.

KING OF THE HILL 

Roadies tarmac time is sorted with Rutherglen's mix of short and long cycling routes.

Kick things off with a roll through farmland on the 42km Cornishtown Loop . Keen to ramp things up? The 98km King of the Hill loop is a highlight for riders after a challenge. Starting and finishing in Rutherglen, enjoy a gentle roll into neighbouring Chiltern before a tough climb or three toward the imposing Mt Pilot.
