The General is an iconic pub and restaurant located in the alpine high country of Victoria.
At the rear of the property is The Mountain Dreaming Accommodation, which has four two-bedroom apartments and four studio apartments where you can take advantage of the vast mountain views and gorgeous sunsets.
At the General, there are both north and south facing decks to further the absorption of the views. A double sided wood burning fire on the front (northern) deck ensures warmth during the winter and on those cold nights for those that love being outdoors. The venue is home to DJ Eddy and a variety of live entertainment. It's the best place at Mount Hotham to watch sport, play pool and darts.
