Slow Grown Foods is a micro-bakery offering sourdough bread, sourdough focaccia, an assortment of sweets, filter coffee, chai, ceramics, flowers and flour.
They also offer their space to community for events such as workshops.
There is currently a catering business called BAM that uses the kitchen and space for home cooked meals for sale on Tuesdays.
Slow Grown Foods focuses on using local, seasonal and regeneratively grown produce and ingredients. All of their bread is made with flour from Woodstock Flour which is small business in Rutherglen.
