Welcome to Elm Dining, home to a special dining experience in Bright, Victoria.

At Elm Dining, you are made welcome and treated like one of the family. Channeling the inspiration of Head Chef Brendon Chadwick, the Elm Dining kitchen offers a 'made with love' seasonal menu where the best produce of the region is the local hero. To add to that, their front-of-house team deliver a simple, stylish experience with warmth.

To round out the evening, Sommelier, Matt Cridge will recommend perfectly matched wines from their extensive cellar of both local and international wines.

The multi-award-winning Traverse Alpine Group (TAG), took ownership of Elm Dining in September 2021 and is committed to delivering excellence, delight, and value to all new and returning guests.
