Katrina Pizzini’s A tavola Cooking School is based at Pizzini Wines in the King Valley. Katrina’s hands on classes are held in a purpose built kitchen overlooking cellar door and will leave participants feeling empowered and inspired by the end of each session.
The A tavola Cooking School opened in 2010 and is equipped for up to ten participants per class. There are also over ten different classes to choose from including pasta, gnocchi and risotto, pastries and desserts, street food, as well as salting, smoking and curing meat, plus some new online class options.
Most classes are taught by Katrina, but guest hosts will also be invited to take certain classes (the prices for these classes may differ to those run by Katrina).
