Designed for trail runners of all abilities, the camp combines running, recovery, education and community. The weekend includes a social meet-and-greet run, an eight-hour Backyard Ultra simulation, guided stretching, ice-bath recovery, a group dinner, activation exercises and recovery runs with varied distance options.
Participants can test their pacing, gear and nutrition while gaining valuable experience running at altitude across challenging alpine terrain. More than simply a training weekend, the camp is an opportunity to connect with like-minded runners, build confidence, strengthen endurance and discover the beauty of Falls Creek during the green season.
