Set in the breathtaking undiscovered countryside of the Upper Murray, this event promises an unforgettable experience for even the most seasoned runner.
The beautiful Mount Elliot State Forest offers a cracker of a course in the stunning Thowlga Valley, an eight minute drive from Corryong. Expect a friendly welcome, amazing views, great vibes and post run festivities at the staging ground - the Thowlga Hall and Recreation Reserve.
Choose your distance. The 33 kilometre and 16 kilometre events are official UTMB® World Series Qualifier events and are registered with ITRA. This year sees the introduction of a brand new 9.5km event that still packs a punch. Don't forget the 3 kilometre track available for the emerging trail runners 12 years and under.
Everyone is welcome, from the most experienced of trail runners, to those taking the opportunity to get their first taste of the dust. From those travelling from afar, to the locals wanting to get behind what's happening in their own backyard, come along and be part of the festivities.
