SNOWPLAY

FUN FOR THE WHOLE GANG

Hike tree-lined snowshoe trails, throw snowballs, ride all-day toboggan slopes, bounce and spin down tube parks or take a ride with the local sled dogs. There are plenty of great spots and experiences in the High Country for a seriously fun snowplay getaway for the whole family.

Windy Corner at Falls Creek.

Mount Buffalo.

With two designated toboggan areas, Mount Buffalo is made for snowplay. Dingo Dell is best for young families, with a gentle slope and plenty of space for activities. Dinner Plain.

The quaint and cruisy Dinner Plain village offers tobogganing, snowshoeing and snow play options galore - including a frisbee golf course and Alpine Playground. The Snow Park is perfect for beginners too, with a gentle downhill slope.

Wire Plain.

Half way between Dinner Plain and Mt Hotham, the beautiful and sheltered Wire Plain has a moderate toboggan slope suited to kids of all ages. While you're there, pop by the Snow Stuff Park and hire some fun snow play gear.

Mt Stirling.

For a memorable and relaxed first snow experience, take the kids to Mt Stirling. Have a crack at building a snowman or a snowball flight. Hit the toboggan slopes or head out for a snowshoe, and just have a downright wholesome time.
