1. This promotion is open to anyone 18 years or older with the exception of employees of the promoter.
2. This promotion is valid until 8pm 30th May 2025. All entries must be received by Tourism North East before 8pm 30th May 2025. All entries must be submitted via the competition portal on www.victoriashighcountry.com.au by completing the Gravel Passport Competition Entry form.
3. All competition entrants agree to receive marketing email communications from Ride High Country, Victoria's High Country and MAAP.
4. The winning entry will be determined at 4pm on Monday 16th June 2025 in the offices of Tourism North East, Level 1, 19-23 Camp Street, Beechworth VIC 3747. The winner will be notified by email. The results of the competition will be posted on www.victoriashighcountry.com.au for a minimum of 28 days plus the winning entry will be posted on the Facebook and Instagram accounts for Ride High Country and MAAP Lab. If for any reason another winner is required such as for unclaimed prizes, it will be conducted on Friday 27th June 2025 at the same time and place mentioned above. Results of a second winner will be notified on the website and social media.
5. There will be one prize awarded to the first Eligible Entry drawn. The winner will receive a Ride High Country and MAAP Alt_Road Gravel getaway for 2 people to Victoria's High Country. The total prize is valued at $4500.
6. The prize is non-transferable, redeemable, refundable and cannot be sold or exchanged for cash.
7. The prize comprises 2 nights accommodation, 3 x meals and MAAP Alt_Road cycle kit for 2 people. The winner will be able to choose their location based on the PROJECT (10) gravel routes starting towns in Victoria's High Country.
8. The prize does not include travel costs. The winner is responsible for organising and funding travel to, from and during their getaway to Victoria's High Country.
9. The result of the prize draw is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
10. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value, performance, or availability of the prize. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the advertised prize for a prize of equivalent or greater retail value if, for any reason beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter is not able to give the winner the advertised prize, subject to State regulations.
11. Entry details remain the property of the Promoter. Acceptance of the prize is deemed to be acceptance by the winner of these terms and conditions and approval to use the winner’s name and photograph for publicity purposes, unless specifically requested by the winner not to do so at the time of accepting the prize.
